1. Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain an account with ade365, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of play.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of ade365 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from ade365 or any related platform.
• You have provided accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.

ade365 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Where eligibility is found to have been misrepresented at registration, ade365 may close the account and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. ade365 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred because you failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ade365 support immediately at [email protected]. ade365 may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is carried out.

You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the ade365 platform in a manner not intended for normal player use. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

ade365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. ade365 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending a review.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes for standard requests. Withdrawal requests that trigger an account review under our anti-money-laundering procedures may take up to 5 business days to complete. ade365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

ade365 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ade365's control.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by ade365 are subject to the specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions published alongside each offer. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable as real money.
• Standard wagering requirement: 30× the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports bets contribute a lower percentage as stated per promotion.
• ade365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel any bonus where abuse or fraud is suspected.
• Players found to be using multiple accounts, coordinated play strategies, or other methods to exploit bonuses will have their accounts suspended and all bonus balances forfeited.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games offered on ade365 use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino products, are operated by independently licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. ade365 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Sports betting markets are subject to their own rules, which are published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in odds during a sports event, ade365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players.

Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game or betting interface. ade365 reserves the right to impose individual player betting limits where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified.

Any winnings obtained through a system error, software malfunction, or incorrect odds posting will be void and may be reclaimed from a player's balance. ade365 will notify the affected player in writing where such reclamation is necessary.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ade365 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players, including chip dumping in poker or card games.
• Using any software, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in the platform — any such bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward ade365 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other players.

7. Account Verification (Know Your Customer)

ade365 is committed to maintaining a safe platform and preventing financial crime. As part of this commitment, we may at any time request that a player completes identity verification ("KYC") by submitting documentation including, but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds.
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed certain thresholds.

ade365 will not process any withdrawal request until the relevant KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of ade365.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ade365 excludes all liability for:

• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by factors outside ade365's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from use or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by ade365's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from these terms or your use of the ade365 platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. ade365 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

ade365's decisions on matters of game outcomes, account eligibility, bonus entitlements, and platform rules are final, subject only to the dispute escalation procedure described above.

12. Termination of Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

ade365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, where fraud or illegal activity is suspected, or where required to do so by law. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, balances may be withheld pending investigation and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.
